Ms. Bolognia is a 22-year real estate professional with a background in Risk Management. Kerrie joined Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV) in 2017 as the Director of Due Diligence. She has been instrumental in creating IOV’s processes and procedures for both physical due diligence and the transaction life cycle. Her responsibilities include risk management and due diligence coordination for all acquisitions throughout the nation. Prior to joining IOV, Ms. Bolognia worked for CenterPoint Properties for seventeen years. While at CenterPoint, she served as Due Diligence Coordinator, Manager and was promoted to Director of Due Diligence, where she managed all aspects of the risk management process including: physical and environmental due diligence,
educating internal management of said issues, and provided guidance and recommendations to limit the company’s liabilities for the 350 building, 175 million square foot national portfolio. Ms. Bolognia also worked with the construction department to create budgets and timelines for capital repairs, deferred maintenance and facility upgrades. She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois
